As an incorporated society, our role is to protect and advocate for prosperous small businesses, be they dairies, liquor stores, service stations or hospitality, so Kiwis have real choices in what and where they buy.
Our mission is to:
Advocate for the preservation of owner-owned small businesses who serve communities where they live
Equip business owners with the skills, information, and tools to run successful businesses
Speak up for competitive fair marketplaces and regulation
Advocate for safer communities so that consumers and businesses can operate freely.
As an Incorporated Society, we have been established to ensure a bright and viable future for dairies, independent service-stations, liquor stores and for those in hospitality.
This includes creating better access to better goods and services that gives our customers far greater choice and a compelling reason to shop locally.
To ensure our people and customers can shop safely at all hours or the day and night we will work with the authorities for better law and order.
Our ambition is for vibrant local shopping centres that help to reduce our carbon footprint.
